抗肿瘤食品的生理功能

摘    要:肿瘤是人类健康大敌,其发病率也在逐年上升。目前研究表明,改变膳食结构可起到有效预防肿瘤的作用。目前开发的功能食品主要通过抗氧化、诱导细胞周期停滞和细胞凋亡、提高机体免疫力、诱导细胞间隙连接通讯、抗突变、抗畸变等机制来实现其抗肿瘤的功能。

Abstract:One of the most formidable enemies hazarding human health is tumour, the incidence of which rises sharply year after year. According to recent studies, to meliorate the dietary pattern can prevent from tumour effectively. Presently, the function food empoldered mainly through such mechanism as antioxidation, inducing cell cycle arrest, apoptosis, improving the immune function, inducing gap junction intercellular communication, anti-mulogcnicity and so on to realize the anticancer function.
