| Abstract: | To introduce the composing and characteristic of Automation System of frequency conversion speed adjusting of LZ-3/550 straight line wire drawing machine.The relation of main control signal supply is deduced according to the control law of the system.It is proved by practice that the system can ensure equal steel wire flux per second at die exit in wire drawing,which can meet the needs of production process well and reach the goal of energy saving and little maintenance. |
