基于神经网络的大型回转支承典型故障诊断方法

摘    要:通过对大型回转支承振动信号的分析,提出了基于神经网络的典型故障诊断方法,通过提取故障诊断特征向量,利用三层改进 BP 网络对回转支承若干典型故障进行研究和分析,发现神经网络技术能够有效地解决大型回转支承典型故障的模式识别问题.

Abstract:Throughout the analysis of vibration signal of the big turning bearing,the paper realizes typical fault diagnoses based on artificial neural network(ANN)technology.After getting the characteristic vector of fault diagnoses,using three layer advanced BP network,have a research and analysis on some typical fault events, find out that ANN technology can be used in solving the mode identification problems of big turning bearing which have typical fault problem.
