电动潜油泵导壳装配压缩量的工程计算方法

摘    要:针对电动潜油泵导壳装配压缩不足或过量均对泵造成损害的问题 ,在理论分析影响装配压缩量因素的基础上 ,推导了导壳受压变形量、泵壳体受拉变形量及导壳装配压缩变形量的计算公式。按计算公式对大庆潜油电泵技术服务公司生产的 98系列 10 0m3 /d浮动式电动潜油泵做了实例计算 ,并进行了拆检和试验。结果表明 ,装配压缩量低于计算值 ,泵运行中压力不稳定 ,泵导壳止口有泄漏点 ;装配压缩量达到计算值 ,泵运行正常

Abstract:Inadequate or excessive amount of compression of ESP diffuser bowl may lead to damage of the pump. Based on an analysis of the factors influencing the fitting amount of compression, the equations for calculating the compressing deformation and tensile deformation and fitting compressing deformation of the diffuser bowl are worked out. A case calculation is conducted with the equations and relevant checking and test is made. The result shows that the pump runs well when the fitting amount of compression reaches the calculated value.
