摘    要:70201B号轮是齐齐哈尔第二机床厂生产的自动锻压的一个重要零部件,在中频感应淬火时,凸轮过渡区出现开裂,裂纹指向凸轮的几何中心,对此进行了多方面的检验与分析,查找成凸轮开裂的真正原因是该凸轮在中频淬火前预备热处理组织不合格,并提出了改进措施。

Abstract:No.7020IB cam is one of the important part in Automatic Cold - heading Machine made by our words. During rned - frequency quenching, which broken at the traintion region, the crack points to the gometic cerer of the cam.This paper did a series of work of tests and analyses,We found the real cause because it was fail that the prior structure in the cam before med - frequency quenching,while refered to improvement.
