Abstract:The current efficiency of the mischmetal rich in lanthanum with fusion electrolysis of rare earth chlorides is discussed in this paper. But the current efficiency of this kind of electrolysis is still low. The main factors are electrolyte system,eletrolyse temperature, cathode current density and the composition of electrolyte.
