摘    要:以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为主溶剂,苯甲醛为助溶剂,有机酸为促进剂,OP-10为表面活性剂,硫脲为缓蚀剂,液体石蜡为封闭剂,制备了一种针对丙烯酸涂层的低毒、低挥发性的脱漆剂。分别研究了主、助溶剂配比,甲酸含量及表面活性剂含量对脱漆剂脱漆效果的影响,同时研究了液体石蜡含量对脱漆剂挥发速度的影响。结果表明,当甲基丙烯酸甲酯的质量分数为65.25%,苯甲醛为21.75%,OP-10为2%,有机酸为2%,硫脲为2.5%,液体石蜡为6%时,所得脱漆剂的脱漆效果好,毒性、挥发性和腐蚀性低。

Abstract:A low toxicity and volatility paint stripper for acrylic coating was prepared with methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the primary solvent, benzaldehyde as assistant solvent, OP-10 as surfactant, organic acid as accelerator, thiourea as inhibitor and liquid olefin as sealant. The influences of the ratio of primary to assistant solvent, contents of organic acid and surfactant on paint removing effect were studied. And the effect of liquid olefin on volatility rate of the paint stripper was discussed. It was shown that a low toxicity, corrosion and volatility paint stripper was obtained when the composition was as follows (mass fraction):65.25% MMA, 21.75% benzaldehyde, 2% OP-10, 2% organic acid, 2.5% thiourea and 6% liquid olefin. The paint striper has good paint removing effect.
