| Abstract: | The extension way of macroscopic supervision and management of construction engineering quality to the microscopic supervision and management was explored in relation to governmental projects features and their quality supervision state.The dynamic control before and during the construction period was enhanced to ensure the construction quality of the governmental projects. |
