| 摘 要： | 新农村住房建设是党的一项重要政策,克服主观和客观的影响,确保新农村住房建设的质量、安全是构建和谐社会、促进农业发展的重要因素。基此,一要齐抓共管,因地制宜确立质量安全监管模式;二要求真务实,分期分批建设新农村住房;三要更新理念,扎扎实实狠抓工程质量安全监管;四要淡化地域,以强带弱促进工程质量全面提升。

| Abstract: | Construction of new rural housing is an important Party policy.To overcome both the subjective and objective influential factors to ensure the construction quality and safety of the rural housing is essential to the construction of a harmonious society and the enhancing of agricultural development.Suggestions to ensure the construction quality and safety include establishing quality and safety supervision model by integrated efforts,constructing the rural housing by stages tailored to the local conditions,scruptuously supervising the housing construction quality and safety by updating conception and upgrading the projects quality via leading of advantageous areas. |
