| 摘 要： | 焊缝质量的优劣是影响整个钢结构施工质量的重要因素,也是钢结构施工及监理中需要重点关注的问题。文章结合西宁电视塔工程,从监理前期和构件加工制作报价阶段以及安装过程,从材料质量控制、安装工序、焊接工艺等方面,探讨了钢结构施工过程中的焊缝质量控制。

| Abstract: | The processing quality of welds is a key factor affecting the overall construction quality of a steelwork,which is a major concern in the construction and supervision of the steelwork.The weld processing quality control in the construction process of the steelwork is discussed in relation to Xi-ning TV tower,covering the starting period of supervision,the quoting and pricing period of the manufacture of the steelwork parts and the whole construction period.The focusing aspects include mater-ials quality control,installation procedure and welding process. |
