反应挤出制备HDPE/PA6原位合金的反应速率研究

摘    要:研究了原料配比对反应挤出制备高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)/尼龙6(PA 6)原位合金反应速率的影响,发现反应体系中氢氧化钠(NaOH)/己内酰胺(CL)小于0.01或活化剂/CL小于0.008时,会使得CL的聚合速度缓慢,从而导致较多的单体残留,但NaOH/CL大于0.02时,可能会使得单体转化率降低,而活化剂/CL大于0.008时,会降低原位增容的效果,使得PA6的相态尺寸变大;而马来酸酐接枝HDPE(HDPE-g-MAH)的加入会额外消耗阴离子,使得体系的反应速率下降,因此增加HDPE-g-MAH含量时,要适当加大催化剂含量;当体系中的CL含量减小时,由于HDPE基体对CL扩散的抑制作用,反应速率下降,转化率降低。

Abstract:The effect of components ratio on the reaction rate of in situ formation of HDPE/PA 6 by reactive extrusion was explored.Firstly,too low contents of the catalysts and the initiators would sharply slow down the polymerization rate of caprolactam(CL),leading to many residues of CL in the blends.Nevertheless,too high content of the catalysts might lower the monomer conversion,and too high content of the initiators could make the in situ compatibilization weaker,resulting in larger PA 6 particles.Secondly,HDPE-g-MAH would exhaust some of the catalysts,which could lower the monomer conversion,and therefore,as the amount of HDPE-g-MAH was increased,the amount of the catalysts should be properly raised.Finally,when the content of CL in the system was decreased,the reaction rate and the monomer conversion declined due to the inhibition role of the HDPE matrix in the diffusion of CL.
