| 摘 要： | 介绍了流行于欧美的房地产MLS系统,分析了该系统的管理功能及最大优势,指出了我国建立多重挂牌服务系统的可能性与不足之处,并汲取美国和加拿大MLS平台的设计形式,构建了我国MLS平台的板块。最后,提出了我国实施MLS的环境优化措施。

| Abstract: | Real estate multiple listing system（MLS） adopted in Europe and the United States was introduced.The system’s management functionality and advantages were analysed.The possibility and disadvantages of establishing Chinese multiple listing service system were discussed.The blocks of Chinese MLS platform were constructed by studying the MLS platform design of the United States and Canada. |
