| 摘 要： | 我国工程监理起步晚、基础差、成熟程度不够,亟待不断完善发展。目前制约其发展的问题很多,究其因,既有外部环境,也有内在因素。突破瓶颈的办法在于：一要不断完善监理法律法规体系;二要监管与引导并重,规范监理行业管理;三要加强监理行业诚信体系建设;四要提高监理行业的整体素质。

| Abstract: | Construction supervision in China is characterized by late start,weak foundation and immaturity,which leaves much room for improvement.Problems that inhibit its development arise from outer environment and inner factors.The way to counter the bottleneck is to improve supervision legal formulations,to attach equal importance to supervision and guidance to standardize the management of supervision field,to strengthen the integrity system construction of supervision field and to improve the overall quality of the supervision field. |
