| 摘 要： | 从系统的观点分析了ＣＩＭＳ的内涵和外延，并强调ＣＩＭ哲理是系统论和信息技术在生产制造及管理领域的有效结合，在回和分析ＣＩＭＳ发展历程的基础上，提出了以ＣＩＭ基本哲理为指导的社会ＣＩＭＳ概念，并分析了社会ＣＩＭＳ的产生背景及其具体内涵。最后给出了ＣＩＭＳ应用的一个具体实例。

| Abstract: | We analyze the connotation and extension of CIMS from systemic viewpoint, and emphasizes that the philosophy of CIM is the combination of system theory and information technology in production and management areas. Then, on the base of reviewing and analyzing of CIMS developing course, we present the concept of society CIMS with the guideline of basic CIM philosophy, analyze its emergence and connotation. The last pat of paper is a case of CIMS implementation. |
