| 摘 要： | 基于J2EE框架，采用B／S网络的计算模式，对网络和网络教学支撑平台综合策划设计，实现具有交互性高、跨平台、开源和可扩展性好等特点，为我国西北部地区教育信息化建设中网络教学平台构建工作的进一步研究提供参考。
