Abstract: | Two supramolecular isomers of MnII thiophenedicarboxylate coordination polymers, namely, Mn2(tdc)2(dmf)2]n (1) and Mn3(tdc)3(dmf)3]n (2) (H2tdc = 2,5-thiophenedicarboxylic acid, dmf = N,N-dimethylformamide), were synthesized with solvent-induced assembly method and the antiferromagnetic interactions between the MnII ions in their solid phase were measured. |
