高功率激光电源系统故障与保护仿真的研究

摘    要:高功率激光电源系统母排接地、单台电容器内部击穿故障将造成系统结构和电容器的损坏 ,故用Psoice软件对这些故障进行了仿真 ,并分析了电容器保护元件参数选取原则并给出了保护元件参数的优化值 ,其结果表明 ,在所实验的条件下 ,取熔断器过载倍数为 5 ,保护电阻 5 0mΩ ,保护电感 5 0 μH时 ,可限制故障电流至 9kA ,电容器反向残压为 2 .5kV ,符合预定要求

Abstract:The system faults of short circuit of bus bars to earth, broken down of a capacitor, et al, cause the damage of the structure of power source system and the capacitors. Fault current and energy flowing into the broken capacitor are simulated using Pspice, and the principle of selection of parameters of protection elements are simulated and analyzed. The optimum values of the protection elements are also given. The results of simulations are successfully applied in power source of high power laser system.
