摘    要:在海洋生物酶发酵自动控制系统中,发酵温度的控制非常关键,由于海洋生物酶发酵系统具有大滞后、非线性和时变性的特点,对准确控制发酵温度带来一定的困难。本文介绍了基于PLC的Fuzzy-PID控制在发酵温度控制系统中的初步应用,并对其硬件构成及软件程序的实现进行了进一步的探讨。

Reserch on Fuzzy-PID Control in Fermentation Temperature of Marine Biologic Enzyme Pased on PLC
Abstract:The control of fermentation temperature is very pivotal in the Control System in Fermentation of Marine Biologic Enzyme.lt is difficult to perfectly control the fermentation temperature because of the big lag. Non-linearity ,and denaturation of the System in Fementation of Marine Biologic Enzyme.The paper introduces the application of Fuzxy-PID control based on PLC in the control of fermentation temperature,and further talks about the Constitution of handware and the program of software.
