摘    要:本文以TD-SCDMA网络切换质量为切入点,从无线侧RNC、BSC网元融合角度考虑,创新性地提出了改善TD-SCDMA与2G切换性能的Iur-g+接口方案。文中主要介绍了该方案的基本原理、技术特点和现网测试的相关情况,针对不同场景、不同终端分别进行了详细分析和说明,并对Iur-g+接口现网如何部署提出了具体的应用建议。

Abstract:This article adopts the quality of TD-SCDMA network handover as the entry point. From the consideration of the wireless side of the RNC, BSC network elements integration, it proposes an innovative way to improve the handover performance of TD-SCDMA and 2G network, namely the Iur-g + interface solution. The article introduces the basic principles of the program, technical characteristics and network tests. For different situation, different terminals it carries out detailed analysis and explanation. And it sets out specific applying proposal on how to deploy Iur-g + interfaces at network.
