基于故障树的诊断知识库设计

摘    要:基于故障树的诊断知识库按照全系统、分系统、子系统、组合和部件等划分.上级故障树的底事件为下级故障树名称,通过逐级分离,最终定位到某级故障源.该知识库的装备检测诊断过程即对诊断知识库的搜索过程,搜索步骤包括:读取故障现象序号及相应测试结果、判断结果正确与否以决定是读取诊断结论还是递归调用搜索程序,最后根据诊断结论进行故障维修.

Abstract:The fault diagnosis Knowledge base based on fault tree is divided into universal system, branch system, subsystem, units and parts, etc. The bottom event of higher-level fault tree was the name of lower-level fault tree; fault source in certain level was positioned through separating step by step. The test and diagnosis process of Knowledge base was the search process to diagnosis knowledge base. Its search process includes: the serial numbers of diagnosis phenomena and relative testing results were read; the results were estimated to make sure of reading diagnosis results or recursion call of search program; at last, the diagnosis was maintained according to the diagnosis results.
