| 摘 要： | 主要介绍了铜版纸涂层微观结构,包括孔隙、均一性对印刷适性的影响.铜版纸孔隙的大小和分布对印刷品图文质量有很大影响,原纸的不均一性是影响铜版纸涂层不均一性的重要影响因素,而相对高的涂布量或者在涂布量一定的情况下采用松厚型涂层,二者都有利于减小原纸的不均一性对成纸涂层均一性造成的影响.

| Abstract: | The impact of microscopic structure of coating layer, including porosity and homogeneity on the printability was introduced. The size and distribution of pores have a great impact on graphic quality. Heterogeneity of paper is an important factor to influence the coating layer . However, relatively high volume of coating or loose-thick coating style at the given volume of coating can help to reduce the impact of the heterogeneity. |
