| 摘 要： | 阐述了国内计量、科研、生产等部门所使用的工频频率表的测量不确定度评定方法,并对工频频率表校准示值误差测量不确定度进行了分析。分析结果可供相关人员在测量不确定度评定与表示时参考,可在提高工频频率表的校准测量技术水平方面提供帮助。
