电解铝液生产铸轧板的冶金质量控制

分析电解铝液直接生产铸轧板中的质量问题和用户的反馈意见，认为造成铸轧板废品的主要原因是冶金质量，即冶炼过程所引起的化学成分、夹渣、气道、晶粒度等废品。通过对铸轧板质量缺陷的影响因素分析，分别从化学成分控制、夹渣物和气孔控制、晶粒度控制、熔炼过程温度和保温时间控制进行了论述。实施控制措施后，铸轧板的冶金质量得到有效控制，氢气含量达到（0．12～0．15）mL/（100gAl），晶粒度达到二级以上。
