机械零件形状优化设计的仿生学方法

摘    要:基于相对性原理重新分析了生物适应性生长行为,提出了新的生物生长规律:生物局部区域生长行为只需根据其周边应力大小进行调整,不需要人为确定参考应力。在此基础上,提出了一种模拟生物适应性生长过程的相对应力优化法,该方法的主要特点是不需要人为确定参考应力。所提出的优化方法不但具有较高的优化效率,还能按给定的误差精度要求获得优化结果。最后,给出了受双向载荷作用平板的最优中心孔形状优化设计和给定许用应力下连杆形状优化设计的实例。

Abstract:The behavior of biological adaptive growth was re-analyzed based on the principle of relativity. A new law of biological adaptive growth was proposed, which shows that the growth behavior at a local region is only depended on the stress distribution around this region, and unnecessary to refer to arbitrary reference stress. Based on new law, a relative-stress based optimization method was developed by simulating biological adaptive growth. The key feature of this method is that no arbitrary reference stress is required. Furthermore,with high efficiency, the presented method has also the ability to deal with optimization problems with given requirements of accuracy. Finally,two finite element analysis examples were presented,i.e. hole shape optimization in a plate under biaxial tension loading and optimal shape design of a torque arm with given stress constraints.
