| 摘 要： | 界址点数据是地籍信息中的重要组成部分，其精度的优劣直接决定了整个地籍测量工作的质量，特别是多用途地籍测量的发展，界址点的精度与整个地理信息系统的建立及各个子系统信息的获取精度息息相关。如何正确评价界址点精度特征，在此提出了一种基于假设检验的功效函数评价法。
