固液两相非牛顿流体中水的质量分数检测系统

摘    要:分析了检测系统的工作原理,对系统的硬件原理图进行介绍。通过对水泥料浆测试数据的分析,说明此系统检测高浓度料浆时具有很高的准确度,它的设计为解决固液两相非牛顿流体料浆实现在线连续实时检测这一技术难题奠定了基础。

Detecting system about the mass fraction of water in solid-liquid two phase non-Newtonian fluid
Abstract:The work principle of this system is analyzed.The hardware principle chart is introduced.Through the analysis of the testing data of cement slurry,that it is high precision for detecting dense slurry.It is regarded as a difficult technology problem to detect the mass fraction of water in slurry of solid liquid two phase non Newtonian fluid in the state which is on line,continuous and real time.The foundation of consulving this problem is established by its design.
