摘    要:研究了超声波的频率、功率、处理时间对稀缺难浮煤泥浮选效果的影响,比较了超声浮选与普通浮选的试验效果,当超声浮选的精煤灰分较普通浮选低1.26%时,精煤产率、浮选完善指标却提高了17.34%和13.15%。试验结果表明,超声处理能改善稀缺难浮煤的浮选效果。

Abstract:The effects of ultrasonic frequency, power and treatment time on the scarce difficuh-to-float fine coals were studied. The experimental results of ultrasonic and ordinary flotation were compared. When the ash content of the clean coal of ultrasonic flotation was lower than that of ordinary flotation by 1.26% , the clean coal yield and the perfect index flotation were increased by 17.34% and 13.15% respectively. The study shows that ultrasonic treatment could enhance the performance of flotation for the scarce difficult-to-float fine coals.
