步进电机超主分辨率细分控制函数发生器的设计与实现

摘    要:在步进电机16位超高分辨率细分驱动系统设计中,采用“电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转”细分方法,对细分控制函数发生器EPROM中的数据进行固化,选用2片DAC0832八位D/A转换器和1片OP07高精度运算放大器,构成16位D/A转换器,复现了固化数据,达到了良好的设计效果。

Abstract:In the designing of the stepping motor's fine driving system with16 bits in superhigh differentiating rate,through adopting the method named “Current vector even rotation with uniform amplitude”,the data was written in the EPROM of the fine controls function generator.Through the 16 bits D/A changers consist of two pieces of DAC0832(8 bits changer) and one piece of OP07(high precision operation amplifier),the written data in the EPROM revert to type,and it gets a well designing results.
