云南某钨锡铁硫多金属矿白钨精选浮选药剂制度改进及生产实践

云南某钨锡铁硫多金属采用粗选和精选分开的两段白钨浮选流程,在原来精选药剂配方的基础上增加了733白钨捕收剂并适当调整药剂配比,使得白钨精矿品位由27.15％提高至41.20％,精选回收率由67.66％提高至83.15％,总回收率由44.41％提高至65.31％,取得较好的经济效益。

Improvement and production practice of flotation reagent system for scheelite cleaning from Tungsten-Tin-Iron- Sulfur polymetallic ore in Yunnan Province

In the flotation of Scheelite from a kind of Tungsten-Tin-Iron- Sulfur polymetallic ore in Yunnan Province, a two-stage flotation process of roughing and cleaning is adopted. On the basis of the original reagent formula, 733 scheelite collector was added and the reagent ratio was adjusted appropriately,made the grade of Scheelite Concentrate increased from 27.15% to 41.20%, the recovery rate of cleaning increased from 67.66% to 83.15%, and the total recovery rate increased from 44.41% to 65.31%.Thus good economic benefits had been achieved.
