摘    要:为降低机械式自动变速箱的开发成本,提高其可靠性,研究了液压系统中阀块被杂质堵塞失效的现象,分析了液压系统中污染的类型及危害.通过对油箱和液压缸结构进行特殊设计,并在生产、使用和维修中采用有效的应对措施,AMT系统中阀和其他元件因堵塞而失效的现象大大降低,系统的可靠性得到显著的提高.

Abstract:Valve invalidation phenomenon and pollution types and harm of automatic mechanical transmission(ATM) hydraulic system were studied to reduce research cost and increase AMT reliability.The results show that special design structure of oil box and hydraulic jar and responding measures about production,use and maintenance are useful to reduce valves invalidation and increase system reliability.
