传送机链板（类）铸件国产化研究

随着我国工业化进程的加快，大型挖掘机及传送机的使用越采越广泛。目前大型传送机的传送关键部件链板，由于其铸件的生产难度大，一直依赖于进口，铸件的成本高居不下。我单位承接了链板（类）系列铸件的生产任务，研究了该类铸件的铸造工艺及过程控制，获得了优良的铸件，该经验对于改善此类铸件的生产现状和攻克此类铸件生产难点有着深远的意义。

Domestication Study of Link Plate type Casting in Transfer Machine

According to the accelerated process of industrialization, large excavators and conveyors are widely used.Link plate, the key transmission components in large-scale conveyors, because of its difficulty in production, has been dependent on important up to now.By studing the casting technology and foundry process, sound castings of chain plate （type） series casting were produced in our foundry. The results would have far-reaching significance for improving the production and overcoming the difficulty during production of this kind of casting.
