浅析消失模铸造中进砂夹渣缺陷的预防措施

The Preventive Measures of Defects in Lost Foam Casting

In lost foam casting,the defects of sand and slag inclusions were occured because the coating layer was washed by pouring molten iron, etc.Through analyzing the main reasons, and combining with the production practice, the defects were prevented or reduced by using the suitable white mold, building the model clusters, making coating layer, filling the sand carefully and selecting the correct process parameters, etc.
