| 摘 要： | 结合工程设计中遇到的安全隐患因素，对采用电炉熔炼工艺的铸造车间，在工程设计及生产过程中应采取的安全措施。主要从铁液运输、电炉应急措施到厂房结构形式分别提出了常采用的安全保障措施，并提出熔化工部的自动化流程予以探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on the safety questions in engineering design, to the foundry employing electric furnace melting process, some frequently-used safety precautions were presented from molten iron transportion, electric furnace emergency measures and workshop type. The melting section automatic process was discussed. |
