钢在土壤介质中的极化曲线的动电位测定法

摘    要:通过金属电极在土壤介质中的稳态极化曲线的测定,可以研究土壤腐蚀机理,还可以作出阴极保护极化图,由图可以得出阴极保护参数(最小保护电位、最大保护电位和保护电流密度)。在金属自腐电位附近及弱极化区测量极化曲线,可以快速测定金属腐蚀速度。此外,土壤介质中极化曲线的测定,对于土壤中电极过程的研究以及土壤中氧化还原过程的研究均有重要意义。

Abstract:This paper introduces a potentiodynamic polarization measurement apparatus in which one of the parts is a potentiostat having no medium resistance compensator.A new type of salt bridge is described.Potentiodynamic measurement procedure and test conditions of polarization curve for steel in the soil paste are given.Using Type 16 manganese steel and Type 45 carbon steel as samples and Ma Gan soil (yellow brown earth) and two marine solonchaks as test media,polarization curves recorded by potentiodynamic measurement under different conditions are described.Test results show that the method has considerable reliability and better reproducibility.
