摘    要:提出一种以3-2-1-SPS三维平台机构为原形的新型六自由度并联机床结构型式,介绍了其结构特点,论证该种结构形式的并联机床在其正交位姿是误差解耦的,选择正交位姿为机床初始装配位姿,改善了机床的装配工艺性。

Abstract:A kind of new typed architecture of 6-DOF parallel machine tool which takes 3-2-1 SPS 3D platform mechanism as its prototype has been put forward and its structual features are introduced.The parallel machine tool with this kind of strutural layout at its orthogonal posture is proved to be error decoupled,thus choosing the orthogonal posture as the initial assembly posture of machine tool improved the assembling technological property of machine tool.
