摘    要:针对叉形(T形类)零件,利用管件内腔体积在成形过程中不断减小的特点,开发了一种管端轴向位移驱动式管液压成形技术。有限元模拟和实验结果表明,使用该方法制造叉形管接件,对设备要求不高,加载路径简单且容易选择,可以大大简化管液压成形设备和生产过程,从而有效地降低成本。

Abstract:According to the phenomenon of decreasing tube inner volume in the whole forming process,a new and simple method,called feeding driven THF was employed to make aluminum T shaped part without high pressure pump for pressurization.Experimental and simulation results indi- cate that the method is very suitable for making multi-junction tubular components such as T- shape,Y-shape and X-shape tubular parts in that the loading path is easy to be selected and con- trolled and that the tooling and equipment cost can be substantially reduced.
