长距离调水工程最优控制数学模型

摘    要:为了降低输水成本,利用电网峰荷期和基荷期不同的电价及最优化原理,提出了一种针对长距离复杂调水工程的最优输水控制方法。建立了在一个运行周期内,使整个渠道输水费用最低为目标函数的最优输水控制控制模型。算例结果表明,较传统的渠道控制方法,用本优化模型控制渠道运行,可大量减少输水成本,减少泵站开停机次数,且能保持渠道内水流稳定,保证渠道安全运行,是一种较理想的远距离复杂渠道输水控制方法。

Abstract:In order to lower the cost of water conveyance, an optimal water conveyance control method for the complex long distance water transfer project is put forward herein based on the optimal principle and the different power prices for both the basic load period and peak period of the power-network; in which an optimal water conveyance control model aimed at minimizing the water conveyance cost for a whole channel system within one operation cycle concerned. The case study shows that compared with the conventional control method, the method given herein is a more perfect one for water conveyance with a complex long distance water channel, which has the advantages such as largely lowering water conveyance cost, decreasing the frequency of starting/ shut-down of the pumping stations, keeping the stability of the delivering flow and ensuring the safe operation of the channel etc.
