| 摘 要： | 勘测设计企业开展质量管理(QC)小组活动的选题可针对科研项目分解到各专业的部分子课题或一般设计中“小、实、活、新”课题和对于勘测设计中的工具类(包括硬件、软件和管理)的改进等,几例典型的创新型和问题解决型的QC小组介绍说明了选题、活动过程和取得的成果。QC小组的管理体会有:思想认同、组织有力、制度保证,奖励到人。

| Abstract: | Electric power exploration and design enterprise shall develop activities of quality control group who will choose topics focusing on scientific and research projects broken down into task of individual specialty or task of commonly design such as "small,substantial,active and new",and improvement of tools of exploration and design such as hardware,software and control.Several typical innovative and problem-shooting quality control groups have introduced their topics chosen,process of activities and achievements.Also they have presented their experience in control of QC group of idea identification,strong organization,system insurances,and reward to individual person. |
