| 摘 要： | 地区电网运行风险的客观定量评估可有效地探明电网薄弱环节,对电网运行维护具有重要意义.从节点失压与支路过载造成负荷损失的角度,定义了运行风险指标体系.在充分计及电网继电保护与备用电源自动投入装置动作、调度员切负荷操作等因素对电网运行风险影响的基础上,提出了计及电网变化过程的地区电网运行风险评估方法.以深圳电网典型运行方式...
