小浪底工程多条隧洞泄洪布置的特点与消能问题

摘    要:结合黄河小浪底工程泄洪建筑物下游消能的试验研究,总结了多条隧洞泄洪布置的特点与消能问题.该工程泄洪消能布置的特点是:布局紧凑,多条隧洞集中布置,下游设一综合消力池,池内设二道纵向隔墙,分为三个小池,消力池下游接泄水渠,使水流平顺地导入主河道.为解决其消能问题,采用洞内多级孔板消能,优化出口体型,调整消力池尺寸等措施,充分利用了消力池的长度和宽度,取得了较为满意的效果.

Abstract:On the basis of research on the energy dissipation of the flood-releasing construction of Xiaolangdi Project on the Yellow River, this article concludes the main layout characteristics and energy dissipation issue of its Multiple flood-releasing Tunnels of this project. Its layout characteristic are as follows: a compact fix-up; concentration of multiple tunnels; one downstream tomprehensive still basin, which contains three small pools separated by two vertical partitions; and an outlet channel following thd still basin downstream,which enables the water flow into the main channel smoothly and steadily. To solve its Energy dissipation, the project adopts such measures as the multistage orifice plate dissipation of energy, optimization of outlet type and the adjustment of the size of the still basin. The length and width of the still basin are used so fully that a satisfying effect has been achieved.
