| Abstract: | Cold drink was made from the Seed of Boat - Fruited Sterculia with green tea and licorrice root. The process and new resource food safety of this product were studied. The results showed that this cold drink had nutrient and health function, with pleasant colour, wouderful taste. Its food safety was satisfactory. |
