摘    要:单螺杆泵井下工况诊断系统由数据采集和数据分析优化两大部分组成 ,该系统的研制实现了井下单螺杆泵井生产状况的实时监测 ,能够及时了解螺杆泵井的转速、扭矩和载荷等参数 ,通过与理论值的对比 ,及时改进井下工况参数。介绐了装置的安装和应用情况 ,并指出了改进和完善意见

Abstract:A diagnostic system of working conditions in wells with single screw pumps consists of two parts, i.e. data acquisition and data analysis and optimization. It can perform real time monitoring of downhole working conditions in wells with single screw pump and provide timely parameters such as rotating speed, torque and load of screw pump. These parameters can be optimized through comparison with their theoretical values. This paper introduces the installation and application of this system and presents some proposals concerning improvement of this system.
