72%吡蚜酮·异丙威WG在稻田环境中的残留动态

摘    要:[目的]为了评价吡蚜酮、异丙威在水稻上残留动态和环境安全性.[方法]2009-2010年在湖南、福建、广西进行了残留动态试验,建立了高效快速检测方法.吡蚜酮样品用乙腈-丙酮(体积比85∶15)提取,经Pesticarb/NH2柱净化,HPLC-UV检测;异丙威样品用丙酮、二氯甲烷提取,浓缩净化后,GC-FID检测.[结果]2年3地消解动态试验结果显示:吡蚜酮在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为2.6~5.3、0.8~1.6 d;异丙威在土壤、植株中的残留消解半衰期分别为1.7~4.1、0.8~2.6 d.[结论]推荐剂量和1.5倍推荐剂量,各施药2、3次,收获期取样检测吡蚜酮和异丙威,各样品均未检测出.72%吡蚜酮·异丙威WG在水稻上使用安全.
