EBH35型悬臂式掘进机遥控技术研究

摘    要:EBH35型悬臂式掘进机非常适合于切割煤及半煤岩巷道,或者硬度低于f4的岩层。通过对掘进机遥控理论及应用的分析与研究,提出适合EBH35型掘进机可行的遥控方案。通过对掘进机的总体结构分析,根据系统的要求设计出基于CAN总线的总体遥控方案。遥控功能的实现需要解决远程控制箱设计、遥控控制系统设计两项关键技术。根据系统的输入输出要求选用HBC工业遥控器,并设计符合本项目的操作面板。车载控制器采用SPT-K系列控制器和显示模块,车载控制系统和遥控信号之间通过CANopen协议通讯,并编写遥控通讯程序。
