| 摘 要： | [目的]除草剂的广泛使用必然会对土传病害产生一定的影响,研究常用的5种除草剂对油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotina sclerotiorum)的影响具有一定的实际意义.[方法]采用室内生物测定方法研究草甘膦等5种除草剂对油菜菌核病菌的影响.[结果]草甘膦等5种除草剂能明显抑制油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长和菌核萌发.其中对油菜菌核病菌菌丝生长的影响,以乙羧氟草醚和精喹禾灵的抑制作用较强,其EC50值分别为3.19、56.43 mg/L;乙草胺、莠去津、精喹禾灵对菌核萌发的抑制作用强于对菌丝生长的抑制作用.

| Abstract: | Increasing use of herbicide must result in some influence on soil-borne diseases.The study on effects of five herbicides on Sclerotina sclerotiorum had some practical value.[Methods] The effects of glyphosate,acetochlor,quizalofop-p-ethyl,atrazine and fluoroglycofen-ethyl on Sclerotina sclerotiorum were studied through indoor bioassays.[Results] Hyphal growth and sclerotia germination of Sclerotina sclerotiorum were inhibited by five tested herbicides.Fluoroglycofen-ethyl and quizalofop-p-ethyl had strong i... |
