刮板输送机传动装置无线检测系统设计

摘    要:针对现有刮板输送机传动装置采用有线检测方式而存在布线复杂、可靠性差等问题,设计了一种基于射频识别技术的刮板输送机传动装置无线检测系统。各类传感器将采集到的参数直接传送至nRF24LE1射频模块,nRF24LE1射频模块通过天线将数据发送至含有嵌入式芯片S3C4510B的无线接收分站,各无线接收分站通过CAN总线将数据传输至巷道的CAN转以太网网关。调试结果表明,该系统可靠性高,不需布线即可检测刮板输送机传动装置的各个参数。

Design of wireless detection system of driving device of scraper conveyor
Abstract:In view of problems of complex wiring and bad reliability because current driving device of scraper conveyor uses wired detection mode,a wireless detection system of driving device of scraper conveyor based on RFID technology was designed.Parameters collected by various sensors are sent to nRF24LE1radio frequency module,and the nRF24LE1radio frequency module sends the data to wireless receiving substation which includes embedded chip S3C4510Bthrough antenna.The wireless receiving substation transmits the data to CAN/Ethernet gateway of roadway through CAN bus.The debugging result shows that the system has high reliability and can detect each parameter of the driving device of scraper conveyor without wire connection.
