钢丝绳芯输送带X射线检测系统图像分析算法

摘    要:提出了一种在线分析和离线分析相结合的图像分析算法:在线分析阶段采用支持向量机检测出接头图像,采用显著图法检测出有损伤的输送带图像;离线分析阶段采用细化、区域分析等图像处理方法检测接头抽动,并对各种损伤情况进行分类。该算法使得检测系统具备针对输送带X图像实时分析的能力,而且损伤检测准确率非常高。实验分析和现场实践验证了本文所提算法的有效性。

Image analysis algorithm of X-ray detection system for conveyor belt with steel rope core
Abstract:A kind of image analysis algorithm combining on-line analysis and off-line analysis was proposed:SVM was adopted to detect conjunctions images,and saliency map was used to check image of damaged belt during on-line analysis phase;Image processing methods such as thinning and regional analysis were used to detect joints twitching and classify a variety of injuries during off-line analysis phase. The conveyer belt detection system could analyze X image of conveyor belt in real time and detect damage accurately via applying these algorithms.The experiments and field deployments verify effectiveness of the proposed image analysis algorithm.
