摘    要:以神华集团承担的国家863计划项目——数字矿山关键技术研究与示范项目为背景,介绍了对数字矿山建设的理解及神华集团在锦界煤矿建设数字矿山示范矿井的实践情况。锦界煤矿示范矿井的建设实践表明,智能一体化软件管控平台应用信息化手段固化煤矿生产管理流程和标准作业流程,集成创新技术,解决了长期以来各专业子系统分割孤立的问题,实现了业务协同和调度业务变革,提升了调度管理和应急指挥能力,达到了全面感知、智能联动、精益管控、绿色低耗和安全高效的目的。

Practical exploration on construction of digital mine
Abstract:The paper took the 863project named Key Technology Research and Demonstration of Digital Mine which is undertaken by Shenhua Group as background,introduced understanding of digital mine construction and demonstration condition in Jinjie Coal Mine.The Jinjie Coal Mine construction practice shows that the intelligence integration platform applies informatization technology to solidify process of coal mine operation and standard operating procedures,and integrates advanced technologies,so as to solve sub-system isolation problem in a long term,achieve scheduling operation synergy and scheduling transformation,enhance management and emergency operation ability,and attain the goals of full perception,intelligent linkage,detailed control,green and low consumption,safe and efficient.
