| 摘 要： | 文章针对组合镗床在使用初期极易造成镗杆和镗套"烧结抱死",又难于修复的问题,从设计制造、润滑密封、使用操作等不同方面详细分析了易"烧结抱死"的形成原因,并针对"烧结抱死"的成因提出了多种预防措施,经过实际生产验证,采取这些措施后可避免烧结的各种诱因发生,是解决镗杆和镗套易"烧结抱死"问题的有效方法,能够保证组合镗床在使用初期以及后续使用过程中,不会因各种不良诱因而导致设备瘫痪.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem about boring staff and boring bushing was sintered easily and repaired difficulty in initial stages of using unite boring machine, the reason of forming sinter was analyzed detailedly in different ways and put out the steps to prevent sinter. Those steps can prevent any sinter to happen in the manufacture, and it was the efficiency method to solve the problem of sinter about boring staff and boring bushing. It can also ensure to prevent equipment paralysis by any badness matter in using unite boring machine. |
