脱木素对糠醛渣同步糖化发酵乙醇转化的影响

摘    要:对碱性过氧化氢处理后的糠醛渣样品进行同步糖化发酵转化乙醇研究。结果表明,木素脱除提高糠醛渣转化乙醇得率。与未处理糠醛渣相比,脱木素糠醛渣样品发酵96h后水解液中乙醇浓度由6.8g/L提高至14.5g/L,乙醇转化率由50.6%提高至69.35%。

Abstract:Furfural residues were pre-treated with alkaline peroxide to remove lignin and simultaneous saccharification and fermentation of pre-treated furfural residues was explored in this study.The results showed that lignin removal could effectively increase ethanol yield in fermenting liquid.The ethanol concentration concentration was raised remarkably from 6.8 g/L to 14.5 g/L,as well as the ethanol yield increased from 50.6% to 69.35%,which were much higher than the results of untreated furfural residues.
